Certificates available upon request. Use that rule before you order: request the documents for your configuration, and check that they cover the exact models in your quotation rather than a different product from the same catalogue.
Ask after you have a draft configuration, not before. A certificate only helps you if it names the same inverter, battery or panel model that appears in your quotation, so request documents by model name and keep the reply in the same thread as the quotation itself.
Check three things on every document you receive: the model name matches your configuration line by line; the document is legible enough that names and dates can be read without guessing; and the document belongs to the product, not to a factory process or a different component. If any of the three fails, ask again before you confirm.
Product standards and test regimes differ by market, and the set of documents a buyer needs in one country may not satisfy another. No single generic list fits every market: tell the supplier which market the system is for, and ask which documents are available for that configuration and that market.
| Part of the quotation | What to ask |
|---|---|
| Panel documents | Ask for documents naming the exact panel model in your quotation |
| Inverter documents | Ask for documents naming the exact inverter model and rating |
| Battery documents | Ask for documents naming the exact battery model and chemistry |
| Complete system | Ask what is supplied for the configuration as a set, not only per component |
Before ordering, confirm the minimum order quantity and lead time for your configuration, and ask which documents apply to the exact system you are quoted.
