Send an inquiry that can actually be quoted

A useful inquiry answers four questions: where the system will be installed, what loads it must carry, how reliable the local grid is, and which loads must keep running during an outage. The form below is built around those four questions.

What to include

List your main loads with their running hours: lighting, refrigeration, pumps, air conditioning, machinery, office equipment. Say which of them are essential during an outage and which can wait. Add the roof or ground area you can offer, and a note on shading from nearby buildings or trees.

Before ordering, confirm the minimum order quantity and lead time for your configuration, and ask which certificate documents apply to it. Put the answers in the same written thread as the quotation, so nothing depends on memory.

What happens next

Your load list is matched against a system family — on-grid, off-grid or battery backup — and a configuration is proposed as a complete set. If a load cannot be carried sensibly by the configuration, that should be said at this stage, not discovered after delivery. Use the checklists linked below to prepare, and use the confirmation page to lock the configuration down before payment.

Before ordering, confirm the minimum order quantity and lead time for your configuration, and ask which documents apply to the exact system you are quoted.
